Products are delivered using Australia post (registered mail).
Delivery times are as follows: Major capital
cities: Approx. 2 - 5 days country areas: Approx. 3 - 6
days
International orders are sent by Australia Post, registered and insured.
Returns Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the
Product is faulty or damaged in transit. If a product is faulty or damaged in
transit, You may phone our Customer Service Department on (03) 9497 8000 and we
will organise either a credit, refund or exchange. The product must be returned
to us via Australia Post. We will pay for the return. Credit for any Products
that you send back will be applied to your next order. Returns must be in
original condition and packaging, with all accessories and received within 30
days of purchase.
